Since its foundation in 2007 the de Gier & Co. group focuses on the consultation of corporations and private equity investors in M&A-transactions as well as corporate finance projects. Our team has guided multinationals, entrepreneurs and finance investors in more than 250 national and international projects with a transaction volume of 17,9 billion Euros.

Between 2007 and 2014 the corporate group was earning an average return on assets of 8 percent p.a..

Active & sustainable: our business strategy

Our approach is to use an active investors’ buy and build strategy to acquire a business nucleus, around which other and new corporations will be centred and integrated as well as realisation of investments in promising, fast growing companies, which then will be guided in their organic stand-alone growth.

In contrary to private equity investments the planned involvements are aimed at the long run. The investments are planned and realised with the objective to partake in the long-term increase of the return as well as in the profit distribution.
