The activities of the de Gier & Co. Capital can be grouped into three business units: private equity, venture capital and financial advisory. The activities of the de Gier & Co. Capital are managed by our Luxembourg office.

In the business division private equity we are active as strategic investor with the aim on long-term investments. These are partly own projects and initiated or personally led as management buy-in.

As strategic partner we are frequently taking the role as lead- or co-investor. Here we prefer consortia, which consist of return-oriented and strategically acting Partners.

In the division venture capital we are working as reliable and active partner as well as lead and as co-investor. We focus on pools consisting of return oriented and strategic investors. In the division financial advisory we use a highly specialized consulting approach.

We are offering a row of consulting services circled around the topic corporate finance. Highly demanded and acknowledged especially in connection with listings in the stock market are regulated unofficial market, reverse merger transactions, private placements, secondaries and structured investments**. With these competences we hold a niche in the consulting business.
